Many of us long to find words to describe our experiences, express our inner thoughts and bring clarity to our lives. Learn how to listen to your inner voice and express your thoughts through reflective writing. Practice journaling techniques through writing exercises followed by discussion. Whether you are a writer or non-writer, discover how journaling acts as a gentle guide for articulating and exploring the difficulties and joys in our lives.
