Learn how to listen to your inner voice and express your thoughts through reflective writing. Practice journaling techniques through writing exercises followed by discussion. Whether you are a writer or non-writer, discover how journaling acts as a gentle guide for articulating and exploring the difficulties and joys in our lives. A journal is included in the tuition.
