Interested in pressure canning, but scared of using a pressure canner? This hands-on class will teach you how to prepare veggies for canning, how to clean or sterilize jars, and how to safely use a pressure canner. Discover how to pressure can low-acid produce in a safe manner that follows USDA guidelines. You will take home a pint of canned tomatoes.
