Would you like to reduce stress, sleep better, and develop greater balance and joy in your life? Mindfulness meditation is the art of listening to your heart and paying attention to your life. Each class session will explore fundamentals of meditation, including guided imagery, body scan, deep relaxation, breath meditation, and other practices for greater wellbeing. See if the path of mindfulness brings more peace and clarity to your life.
