Learn More about Lyme Disease from Kent Larsen. This class is designed to give a basic understanding of Lyme Disease. The student will be able to list signs and symptoms of Lyme Disease and how to test for it. You will be able to describe two evidence based treatment plans for Lyme Disease. The learner will be able to discuss the history of Lyme Disease and how it is spreads.  You will learn about current research and trends with Lyme Disease.  Lastly the student will learn about new laws in the State of Iowa regarding Lyme Disease.  This class is approved for 0.24 CEUs by the Iowa Board of Nursing Provider #5.  Full attendance is required and no partial credit will be awarded.
