Information Technology (IT) Specialist Certificate

Prepare for an entry-level position in the IT sector by learning the basics of network and security. This certificate course will prepare you to take the CompTIA A+ exam for certification and provide the foundational knowledge for installation, preventative maintenance, networking, security and troubleshooting. Learn how to safely diagnose, resolve, and document common hardware and software issues. Course components include IT Fundamentals, IT Customer Service, and CompTIA A+. CompTIA A+ certification validates foundational computer knowledge for a career in IT. Tuition includes textbook and two CompTIA A+ vouchers for 220-1001 and 220-1002 exams, upon successful completion of the course.
