Reconnect with your creative inner self! While focusing on the element of air, you will explore a relationship between the wellspring of your creativity and its source in nature. This mini retreat is held at the Cedar Valley Arboretum and includes guided writing, walking, creative exercises, and time for reflection and sharing. A nature journal is included.
