By taking cues from our arbor elders, you might be surprised to find yourself breathing easier, embracing change, weathering storms, and being just a little more tree. Rooted and Reaching explores our relationship with the natural world through trees. Trees have much to teach and give us if we take the time to slow down and consider the invitation trees extend to us each day. They provide us with air to breathe, give shelter, warmth, and protection from the heat. Trees have much wisdom to share with us. Join Sue Schuerman and Felecia Babb to explore our relationship with trees in this three-hour retreat. This class will reflect on how trees impact our physical and emotional well-being. This session will incorporate meditative practices, creative opportunities to explore the impact trees have on you physically and emotionally, and opportunities to share your thoughts and creativity.
