This program will provide resources, frameworks and guidance to develop a comprehensive talent development program that aligns with the company’s vision and values so it attracts and retains top notch employees. This will involve analyzing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding practices of new employees; studying performance management processes; identifying and developing top performers; aligning the overall talent development program with the company's strategic vision and values.
