Would you like to be an effective decision maker and more adept at solving work problems? Do you wish you were more assertive? Internal and external customers are mainly interested in solutions to their problems. Discover problem solving methods and critical thinking skills to proactively attack problems and make timely decisions. Learn aspects of tough conversations and how to plan dialogue that will reduce conflict using assertiveness techniques. By doing so, you will bring value to your team, your company and your customers.
