Addressing conflict constructively remains a critical skill set on which leaders at all levels can improve. Trust, communication and accountability are the foundations for preventing and resolving conflict, however, leaders need to be able to go beyond basic techniques to ensure that teams are strong, conflict is addressed, and results are achieved. Join us to focus on moving conversations to the next level to work through some of the more difficult and complex issues that may arise between employees.
