LEAD: Colors

Successful leadership includes understanding your leadership style as well as the communication styles of the people on your team. Based on the research of Carl Jung, four different types of communication and leadership styles exist. Are you a big picture leader or do you base your decisions on data? Do you believe that interpersonal relationships are the key to success or do you prefer strong process development? This workshop will use the Real Colors Inventory to help participants identify their preferred communication and leadership style. We will also explore all four styles, the importance of each color, the strengths that each color brings to the team as well as how to lead each color. This is a highly interactive session that will provide greater understanding of the differences in the workplace.

This session is part of the LEAD Certificate Program. The session is offered from 8:00am–12:00pm.
