In this session participants will come to understand how important collaboration is to their company's success. Building a mindset of collaboration and of working together to achieve more makes all of the difference in getting better outcomes and building stronger workplace relationships. We will dig deeper into strategies for great collaboration efforts while having some fun in the classroom as well.
