Tai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese exercise that is gentle and non strenuous. It can improve muscle strength, balance and flexibility. Tai Chi is also linked to fall prevention and improving symptoms of arthritis. Learn the correct pattern movements of Tai Chi while sitting in a chair and discover the benefits to your health!
