In this workshop, you will learn more about self-custody (holding your own) of a Bitcoin. Participants will learn how to use: hardware and software wallets to receive coins, sign transactions offline and then broadcast said transactions online, wallet backups and recovery, and best practices for additional security and privacy purposes. Note: All activities and exercises in this workshop will be conducted on the bitcoin test network environment and do not involve any real cryptocurrency or associated monetary value. The sole purpose of these simulations is for educational and instructional purposes to help you understand the concepts without any risk to real assets.
