Class Description: Learn how to work the plate to create a pleasing presentation and experience unique and diverse foods not readily available in the Cedar Valley. Amuse Bouche is a single, bite-sized hors d'oeuvre that is meant to tease the palate - a little bite that makes you smile. Your menu includes: Hors d'oeuvres Course: Prosciutto de Parma Crostini with Caramelized Onions; Salad Course: Striped Farfalle Pasta Salad; Soup Course: Chilled Pea Soup with Creme Fraiche; Pasta Course: Ricotta Stuffed Rigatoni with Spring Vegetable and Pesto Oil; Entree Course, First Plate: Mini Beef Tenderloin with Madeira Wine Sauce and Roasted Red Potatoes; Entree Course, Second Plate: Pan Seared Ahi Tuna with Sauteed Baby Vegetables; Entree Course, Plate Three: Mini Pork Tenderloin with Maple Balsamic Glaze and Maple Roasted Carrots; and the Dessert Course: Raspberry and Key-Lime Mousse Cups. Complimentary wine and bottle water will be served. You may bring your favorite wine or beer.
