Stop by this joint exhibition in partnership with the gallery at Hawkeye Community College's Van G. Miller Adult Learning Center and The Waterloo Center for the Arts. The exhibit was created by Hawkeye instructor Jennifer Lynn Bates and investigates infamy, the ripple effects of absolute power, human rights issues, and the dreams of a seemingly common person. The event is free and open to the public, although a donation to EMBARC (Ethnic Minorities of Burma Advocacy and Research Center) are encouraged in lieu of admission.
