The Black Hawk County Health Department is hosting a vaccine clinic Saturday, April 24 and Sunday April 25 from 9:00am – 4:00pm at the National Cattle Congress in the Hippodrome.
The scheduled vaccine for this clinic is Pfizer-BioNTech (See the Pfizer-BioNTech Vaccine Fact Sheet for Recipients and Caregivers [pdf]). At the time of the appointment, registrants will be advised if the product has changed.
Registrants must be age 16 or older to receive this vaccine.
Second doses will automatically be scheduled for May 15–16, 2021 at the same location. Please consider another vaccination option if you cannot commit to the second appointment.
