Glen Pullin started Quality Manufacturing Solutions LLC out of his home and provides training in Lean Principles and Quality Process Improvement techniques to a variety of manufacturing and service industries, including Bossard, United Equipment Accessories, Criterion Manufacturing, GMT, Mitas, Dupont, Siemans, John Deere, and Bagcraft.
Glen got his start at John Deere in Waterloo as a foundry laborer and was with them for more than 30 years. During his tenure at John Deere, he's wore many hats working his way up from a machine operator and maintenance supervisor to a continuous quality improvement coordinator before retiring in 1995. He received a Bachelor of Arts in General Industry and Technology from the University of Northern Iowa in 1998. Glen is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, American Society for Quality, and is a Certified Manufacturing Technologist, Certified Quality Auditor, and Lean Bronze Certified.
