Request for Release of Placement Test Scores

Hawkeye Community College will only send test scores that originated with our institution.

Allow 48 hours for your request to be processed.

    Evaluation and Testing

    The Evaluation and Testing Center is temporarily suspending ALL testing until further notice to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. This includes all Hawkeye make-up tests, CLEP, IDALS (pesticide application), Scantron, PearsonVue, outside proctored exams, Dental Boards, State (Journeyperson) Exams, and TEAS.

    Exams already scheduled March 16–19 will be honored.
