Hawkeye has moved all instruction online through Friday, April 10. See the full announcement.

Buildings are closed. Faculty and staff are working remotely and can be reached via email or phone.

Evaluation and Testing

Hawkeye Community College is an official test site for several college entrance exams, professional certification exams, and a proctoring site.

Students are able to complete admission exams with the ACCUPLACER assessment and the ACT and earn college credit with the CLEP assessment.

We also offer professional certification exams including certification with the Federal Aviation Administration, Automotive Service Excellence, and Iowa Board of Dentistry.

Evaluation and Testing

The Evaluation and Testing Center is temporarily suspending ALL testing until further notice to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. This includes all Hawkeye make-up tests, CLEP, IDALS (pesticide application), Scantron, PearsonVue, outside proctored exams, Dental Boards, State (Journeyperson) Exams, and TEAS.

Exams already scheduled March 16–19 will be honored.
