Practicing Difficult Conversations
Dealing with difficult people and conducting those conversations is one of the most challenging tasks leaders perform. The only way to make this easier is to simply practice it. This class session is devoted to that. After reviewing the guidelines, several practice scenarios will be arranged and you will practice your skills with direct feedback from the instructor and other class participants. It’s true; practice makes perfect.

Heather is a master certified coach through the Certified Coach Federation and a graduate of Coach Inc., one of the largest international training organizations for professional coaches. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Communications from the University of Northern Iowa.
