With more than 20 years of business experience coupled with her knowledge, enthusiasm, and understanding of organization behavior and human resources, Vicki Parsons creates powerful and positive changes in organizations. Vicki weaves entertaining, humorous, and inspiring anecdotes into her face-to-face and virtual workshops.
Vicki has held executive leadership roles in organizational development, human resources, and operations where she was accountable for quality, customer service, effective processes, and achieving results. Vicki has provided consulting services to profit and non-profit organizations, providing the necessary tools to leaders and individual contributors for long-lasting, positive development in leadership, team building, organization change, and customer service. She teaches college-level courses and delivers workshops in various Business subjects and creates online leadership development courses.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration from the University of Northern Iowa and a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in organizational development from Upper Iowa University.
