The Healthy Workplace: Meaningful Work

What makes a healthy workplace? Could it mean the way people feel when they come to work and engage in their objectives could be inspiring, meaningful and free from the distraction of unhealthy relationships and demeaning responsibilities? What if we knew how to drive out toxicity and drama? How could people perform if they were held accountable in ways that inspire people to get better every day? We will analyze these questions and more.

Heather L. Woody is a success coach who assists individuals personally and professionally to help them experience their greatness. She has a passion for working with people as they pursue their own road to success, goal achievement and fulfilled lives.
Heather is a master certified coach through the Certified Coach Federation and a graduate of Coach Inc., one of the largest international training organizations for professional coaches. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Communications from the University of Northern Iowa. She is also a FranklinCovey consultant/facilitator and certified in The 5 Choices, The 7 Habits Signature, and Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results Leadership.
