Spice up your winter season by helping your student stay on track with their Financial Aid!

Encourage your student to log into their MyHawkeye account to determine if there are pending documents needed to complete their financial aid file.  Follow these steps: MyHawkeye > WebAdvisor for Students > Financial Aid > New! Financial Aid Services > Checklist

Beat the winter blues by earning extra money to help pay for school. Apply for a Federal Work Study job! Stop by the Financial Aid Office to determine eligibility and learn more!


Sunday Jan 27: Lock Date- Last day to make changes to your class schedule without it effecting your financial aid.  Last day to drop classes without being charged for the class. (This is based on 16 week courses, shorter courses have earlier lock dates).

Wednesday Jan 30: Main Financial Aid disbursement of funds

Friday Feb 1:  Credit Balance Checks sent out

Tuesday Feb 12: 30 Day Delay disbursements of loan funds (for first year students/ first time borrowers)
