posted on Monday, April 1, 2019 in  Parent Newsletter

Graduation is just around the corner! If your student is graduating and borrowed Federal Student Loans while attending Hawkeye Community College, they must complete the following requirements:

1. Complete Online Loan Exit Counseling
2. Complete Path 3 of the GradReady program series
3. Attend an In-Person Exit Counseling group session.

All three of these requirements MUST be complete during their graduating term. TRANSCRIPTS AND DIPLOMA WILL BE HELD UNTIL ALL THREE REQUIREMENTS ARE MET. For more information, students can check their Hawkeye email or stop by the Financial Aid Office. Starting mid-April the Financial Aid Office will begin reviewing student files for summer 2019 awards.
