Annual Notice of Nondiscrimination 2020

The Hawkeye Community College Nondiscrimination Statement applies to all programs and services offered including all Career and Technical Education Programs and Liberal Arts AA and AS degrees. Following is the list of Career and Technical programs. College admission criteria and any program-specific admission criteria is included in each program description.

Hawkeye Community College does not discriminate on the basis of sex; race; age; color; creed; national origin; religion; disability; sexual orientation; gender identity; genetic information; political affiliation; or actual or potential parental, family, or marital status in its programs, activities, or employment practices.
