We are pleased to announce a fantastic new international experience for Iowa agricultural educators and students! Do you enjoy traveling? How about learning foreign countries history and culture? If you said yes to either of these two questions combined with your passion for helping educate others about agriculture, you are a perfect candidate to join this new pilot experience!
Iowa Sister States, Hawkeye Community College, Iowa Farm Bureau Federation, and Iowa FFA Foundation are excited to announce a new partnership to help several Iowa agricultural educators and a student from each of their communities to travel to and experience Kosovo during 2018!
To participate educators must be partnered with a student from their community and will be connected to a local school in the Republic of Kosovo to conduct activities throughout this unique experience. As an educator you will earn continuing education credits and FFA members will earn college credits through Hawkeye Community College!
