BCA-183 Basic Web Design Software

2 credits—This course will show students how to use a web authoring software to enhance and manage professional quality web sites. Students will create a web site containing multimedia elements, publish it, and maintain it.

3 credits—This course expands on basic knowledge of Microsoft tools, including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software. Topics include using mail merge, desktop publishing, using database functions in a spreadsheet, templates, creating customized reports and forms in a database, advanced features of presentation software, importing and exporting data.
