Services for Students in Need or Crisis
Our comprehensive training solutions feature world-class online curriculum, skills assessments, and real-world components for the best skill-building possibilities.
In order to get the best selection of courses and class times, students are encouraged to register early. Course schedules should be planned carefully so that changes after classes have begun are kept to a minimum. Students should also be aware that tuition, program length, and financial aid may be affected by course and/or section changes.
Students may enroll/change schedules through the second calendar day of any 16-week course in their My Hawkeye student account and through the first calendar week of the Fall and Spring semesters by seeing Student Services and by faculty signature for approval. Late registration is not allowed for some career and technical programs due to program specific requirements. Students should check with their Academic/College Success Advisor regarding Summer, shortened terms, and Minimesters.
Per initiatives of Retention and MORE a student must also have an ACTIVE program/major to register for classes.
Please keep in mind that your financial aid grants will not be adjusted as a result of any changes in your enrollment after the financial aid lock date, including late start classes. Refer to the Financial Aid Handbook for more information.
