Lactation Rooms for Nursing Mothers
Hawkeye Community College offers private lactation rooms for mothers to use to express milk.
Use of the lactation rooms is first come, first served with a 30 minute time allotment. This is to ensure fair utilization of services.
Hawkeye Center Family Rooms
Location: Second floor near the doors to the courtyard
Hours: Monday–Friday 7:00am–6:00pm
Amenities:
- Door that locks
- Chair and side table
- Electrical outlet
- Sink with counter
- Paper towels
