Health Education and Services Center
The Health Education and Services Center (HESC) is available to help keep you in shape. It is filled with equipment including elliptical trainers, treadmills, stationary bikes, a variety of weight machines, and strength training equipment.
The Health Education and Services Center is provided by your student fees, so please keep it neat and clean and be respectful.
In an effort to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our members, you are required to adhere to the following Health Education and Services Center policies and possess a current Hawkeye Card ID. Those who do not abide by the rules of the Health Education and Services Center will not be allowed to use the facility in the future.
Please bring your own towel. Towels will not be provided.
The Student Life Department offers the college community recreational and educational opportunities that teach wellness of mind, body, and spirit. Student Life activities and campus recreation enhance the collegiate experience; foster personal, professional, and leadership development; and provide opportunities for cultural and social interaction.
Health Education and Services Center staff reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to revise these policies without notice at any time. It is your responsibility to understand and follow the most current policies.
