Achievement Scholarship

The Hawkeye Community College Achievement Scholarship is awarded to 100 graduating high school seniors each Fall Semester.

Each scholarship award is worth $1000.

Eligibility criteria

• graduating high school senior
• participation in leadership, volunteer, and extracurricular activities while in high school
• accepted for admission to Hawkeye by April 1
• minimum cumulative high school GPA of 2.5 or higher
• enrolled full-time by the August 1

To apply

• complete an Admission Application
• complete a Hawkeye Scholarship Application
• if you qualify, the Achievement Scholarship Additional Information form will become available after you submit your Hawkeye Scholarship Application form. This is based on your graduation date.
