All Iowa Opportunity Foster Care Grant and Education and Training Voucher Program

The All Iowa Opportunity Foster Care Grant and the Education and Training Voucher (ETV) programs provide grants to students who have been in Iowa foster care.

The grant programs, which can cover up to the full cost of attendance, may be used for a range of education or career training programs.

The grants are renewable for programs that extend beyond one year.

Eligibility Criteria

• Iowa resident
• high school diploma or GED
• between 18 and 23 old
• currently in foster care, were in foster care, or were adopted from foster care after age 16

To Apply

• complete an the Iowa Common Application by March 1
• complete a FAFSA
