Disclosure of Account Information to Third Parties

Hawkeye will only disclose information about your account or transactions to third parties under any of the following circumstances:

• to comply with court orders. 
• to meet the requirements of applicable law. 
• if the account holder gives written permission to disclose. 
• to verify the existence and condition of the account for a third party vendor.
