Changing Your Primary Phone Number or Address

If your primary phone number or address is not correct, please update your student or employee record.

• Students can change their primary phone number through My Hawkeye > SOAR > My Profile > Change Address.

• Employees can change their primary phone number through Human Resource Services.

• Please remember your primary phone number should be the number you want Hawkeye to contact you for all college business.

• Updates to your primary phone number or address in the Hawkeye Alert may take 12-24 hours.
