Student Center Room Reservation Request

The Student Center rooms are available to any student organization affiliated with Hawkeye. Students will be given room reservation priority.

To request a room reservation call 319-296-4027 or complete the form below. Student Activities will contact you to confirm the availability of the date and time of your request. We reserve the right to accept or deny any room request.

Select a Room	Student Learning Room Tables are set up in a rounds style and cannot be moved. This room will seat a maximum of 36 people. Beverage only (no food) can be served in the Student Learning Room. Student Learning Room Audio/Visual: Please indicate any audio/visual equipment or set up you may need for your event.
	Multi Purpose Room The Multi-Purpose Room is the only meeting room food is allowed to be served. Classroom Style (tables and chairs - standard arrangement) - seats 32 Theater Style (chairs only) – seats 58 Board Room (tables form a large square in center of room) - seats 24 Banquet Style (tables together in center of room) – seats 22 Horseshoe Seating (tables form a large horseshoe in center of room) - seats 18 Small Group (tables set up to form nine groups of four) - seats 48 View Room Set up diagrams All food service requests for the Multi Purpose Room must be directed to the food service manager at 319-296-4272 or hcccafeteria@hawkeyecollege.edu.
