(Grades will not be mailed.)   1. Open Hawkeye Community College's home page, www.hawkeyecollege.edu. 2. Click “My Hawkeye” at the top of the page. 3. From the “My Hawkeye – Center for Online Services” screen, under the “Student Online Services” header, click on the “SOAR” link. 4. You are a Guest until you Log In to SOAR. It is recommended you log in immediately from the Main Menu page by selecting the “Log In” tab at the top or bottom of the page (see Figure 1). Figure 1 5. From the “Log In” screen (see Figure 2), enter your User ID and Password. Click “Submit.” If you are unsuccessful logging in, please use the “back” arrow on your browser to return to the Main Menu (Figure 1). The “What’s My User ID?” and “What’s My Password?” links (turquoise arrow) will provide the assistance you need. Figure 2 6. If you are successful logging in, you will be returned to an expanded version of the SOAR main menu welcoming you. Click on the “Student” bar (see Figure 3). Figure 3 7. From the information screen (partially copied below), read the text and click “HERE” within the “If you have read and understood the above CLICK HERE to continue onto SOAR.” sentence (See Figure 4). Figure 4 8. From the “Current Students – WebAdvisor For Students Menu,” under the “Academic Profile” heading, click on the “Grades and Attendance” link (see Figure 5). Figure 5 9. From the Grades information screen, please read the information concerning “FINAL GRD” (see Figure 6), then click the box under “Choose One” for the 2007 Spring Term and “Submit” (see Figure 7). Figure 6 Figure 7 10. Your “Grades” screen will open showing your record for the specified term you selected. Your student ID number and name will display, as well as Course/Section and Title, Final Grade and Credits. Columns Grd 1 and Grd 2 are your Early Alert and Attendance codes respectively (See Figure 8). Figure 8 11. Be sure to select a “Log Out” tab when you are finished. Clicking on “OK” will return you to the main student menu.
