Couch 2 5K is a 6-week beginners class designed to get you ready to complete a 5K with ease. We will start slow and build up. Each week you will be given your workout based on your skill level along with two other additional workouts that you will complete on your own time. If you follow this course you will be transformed from a couch potato to a 5K runner/walker! If weather permits, we will use the outside track. Dress accordingly. Participants of the Couch 2 5K class can register for FREE for the Powder 5K Fun Run / Walk on April 23, 2013!
