Class Description: To fulfill the training requirements of OBRA for nurse aides working in nursing facilities and skilled nursing facilities, completion of a minimum 75 hour course and a written and skills competency examination or a written and skills competency examination is required. The written exam is a computerized test unless arrangements are made at least two weeks prior to testing. Payment is due at least one week prior to testing in order to guarantee place. If not paid ahead you may be dropped from the list and an alternate put in your place. Fees are subject to change. Bring Social Security card and a picture ID to testing. Refunds only with two business days notice. Special Notice: Must bring photo ID and Social Security card to testing site on your scheduled testing date. Must also sign up for corresponding written exam if taking both tests.
