Motorcycle: Basic Rider Course II

Class Description: Even if you've been riding for some time, there's always something new to learn. Discuss how to balance mental and physical aspects of safe riding, manage risk, increase visibility, and optimize lane position in this experienced rider course. Using your own motorcycle, practice techniques for managing traction, stopping quickly, and swerving. The course will also review protective gear, rider responsibility, motorcycle inspection and care, and the effects of alcohol and other drugs on riding. The course includes an optional skills evaluation and knowledge test. All registrations are done in person at the Cedar Falls Center.
