Hawkeye celebrates the arts! Join us for a fun evening of family entertainment in an intimate setting! On December 19, 1985, David Tolley was just another guy in the Tonight Show studio audience. Johnny Carson asked the audience, “Can anybody here play the piano?” Tolley jumped up on stage and played “Memory" from Cats and mesmerized the audience. The next day, Tolley began booking gigs. He has since performed at the White House, written and recorded music for Euro Disney in Paris, and recorded more than 15 albums. He is the composer of eight full-length musicals, including A Country Christmas Carol. www.class-act.com/Entertainers/davidtolley Cost - Hawkeye students admitted free with a student ID card and a ticket.
