Transfer Timetable

Below is the recommended timetable for Fall admission to your transfer college or university.

Please work closely with your transfer institution to be sure you follow their deadlines and Admissions procedures.

September - February

• Submit an application for admission.

• Submit a residence hall application/contract if you are planning to live in the residence halls.

• If you plan to live off-campus, contact your transfer college or university to see if they have a list of off-campus housing available.

December - February

• Have all your official transcripts sent, including Fall Semester courses and grades.

• Discuss the courses you plan to take with an advisor, counselor, or admissions representative at your transfer institution before the upcoming academic year's Fall Semester registration begins.

• Request a degree audit of your previous coursework and remaining course requirements for your selected major.

• Learn more about the financial aid available at your transfer college or university and how to apply. Contact your transfer college or university's financial aid office.

February - March

• Attend orientation/registration programs which are generally held for new transfer students and their families.

May - June

• Have your final official transcripts sent, including your Spring Semester courses and grades.
