Study Abroad in Brazil
Students in an Agriculture program at Hawkeye have the opportunity to study abroad for one semester at the Universidade Federal de Goias in Brazil. You will study Agriculture and learn public policy, communications, and the language. All courses taken abroad will transfer into your program of study. You will be provided up to $4000 for travel and living expenses, and $1000 for advanced training in Portuguese language before traveling to Brazil. Students will live with a host family and will be immersed in the culture.
