Mount Mercy Accelerated Bachelor's Program

Mount Mercy's Accelerated Baccalaureate Degree program is designed for working adults who want to take the next step in their careers. The program offers accelerated courses that are taught on Hawkeye's Main Campus by Mount Mercy instructors.

Choose between an Applied Management or Management degree.

Students interested in enrolling in Mount Mercy's Accelerated Baccalaureate Degree program must meet the following admissions requirements:

  1. a minimum 2.5 GPA or 2.0 GPA with a completed AA or AAS from Hawkeye Community College,

  2. are 23 years of age or older,

  3. have a minimum of three years full-time relevant work experience, and

  4. complete the Mount Mercy University / Hawkeye Community College Partnership Application for Admission [pdf]

Mount Mercy will accept up to 75 transfer credit hours from your completed two-year degree toward your accelerated baccalaureate degree. This allows you to earn 13 additional credit hours at Hawkeye to fulfill the degree graduation requirements.
