Brock Student Center Room Request

The Brock Student Center at Hawkeye Community College exists for the primary purpose of serving current students needs.

Priority for the use of the Student Center is given first to the organizations or clubs recognized by Hawkeye Community College and then to current Hawkeye students.

To make a room reservation:

1. Check room availability.
   
   1. Log-in to your Hawkeye email.
   2. Click on "Public Folders"
   3. Click on the plus sign next to the "Student Center" folder to expand the list.
   4. Click on Multipurpose Room or Student Learning Room to view the room's availability.

2. Complete the Brock Student Center Room Reservation Online Request Form below or contact Student Life with your request at least 48 hours prior to your event to allow for adequate processing of your request.

3. Your event must have five or more people planning to attend.

4. Student Life will confirm your reservation via email. We reserve the right to accept or deny any room request.
